Your Contact Information

We have a contact form on the website. By completing this form, you are giving us consent to use your contact information to make contact with you. We will only use this information once to contact you as you request. We will do so if you ask us to contact you again or keep your contact details following our initial discussion. Your details will be stored electronically in a contacts list and used for legitimate contact only. We will not send you newsletters unless you explicitly give us permission in our Opt-In process. When we speak with you, we may ask if you wish to receive our newsletter; if you provide us with consent over the telephone or in person, we will consider that sufficient to send you regular communications. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

Under the law, you hold particular rights, which we follow very carefully.

  • The right to data correction - If we have incorrectly recorded your personal information, or if something relevant changes, such as your email address or telephone number, we will update our records on the application without delay.
  • The right to remove your data - On request, we will immediately remove your contact information and cease to contact you further. The only exception here will be regarding purchases through our online shop, where there is a need to retain details of your sale for warranty or legal reasons.
  • The right to see the data we hold on you - If you wish to see our digital or written records that relate to you, we have a legal obligation to oblige. We hope you understand that this may take a while to get together, and so we will commit to revealing all information within 2 to 4 weeks, or sooner.
  • Right to be told if your information is misused - We will inform you immediately we become aware of a leak of your personal information.

Online Shop

Of course, when you purchase from us using our online shop, we will need some details, such as your contact details and delivery address. We use this information to fulfil the sale and will not use it to contact you for any reason other than to make the sale. Of course, you may choose to subscribe to our regular newsletters and consequently, we would use your details to fulfil this commitment.

Newsletters and Regular Communications

As mentioned above, we will be sending out newsletters and regular communications that may interest you. We will operate an Opt-In process for this, where you will have the chance to select to receive these communications. If you no longer wish to hear from us, you can opt out again at any time. If you choose to opt-out, you can ask us to destroy any contact details for you, other than the essential details that we may hold through the online shop.

Sharing Information

We will not share your personal information for any purpose other than if we need to pass your contact details to a supplier or manufacturer through our online shop in case of a complaint or warranty claim. If we need to pass on your contact details, we will seek your permission first.

Doing Business With Craft Bliss

We want you to love Craft Bliss; we are happy people who are here primarily to make your experience as wonderful as possible. Of course, things do go wrong sometimes, we will make a mistake, and on other occasions, our chosen partners and suppliers might make a mistake. We are all human. What we will never do is be flippant with our responsibilities to you. We will try to make up for any errors as quickly as possible.

About Us

Craft Bliss is a brand new crafting venture. We want our shop to become a hub for local crafting enthusiasts.

Julie Jenner is the proprietor. Julie has over 20 years hands-on experience as an enthusiastic crafter and craft demonstrator. Julie has run crafting classes from home for the last 7 years. She has also worked as a demonstrator for Do Crafts, demonstrating crafting equipment and techniques at the Range Stores.

Julie has a vast breadth of knowledge of up to date crafting techniques both physical and digital. She is well connected in the crafting industry and will be representing many of your favourite craft suppliers.

We will be opening on Saturday 14th May and hope to welcome you to meet Julie and learn more about Craft Bliss.
